The Experience Laboratory enables you to lead the debate about the consumer, informing strategic decisions within your organisation.
To ensure our clients are at the forefront of understanding and thinking in the fields of consumer behaviour, research, brand and channel experience, the Experience Laboratory gives access to an ongoing research community, designed to stimulate new thought and lead debate.
The community comprises no more than 20 members, spanning all industry sectors and incorporating the fields of marketing, research, insight, operations and channel management. Membership starts from 8K a year and includes 2 new research studies a year.
