Pam Taylor, Managing Director
Pam is responsible for all research operations at Intersperience. Working closely with Pam is a research team incorporating project managers, qualitative experts, statisticians and quantitative researchers. Pam also oversees the management of our CATI data collection centre. Pam has extensive management experience and combines strong organisational skills with effective people management to ensure projects are delivered in a timely, efficient manner.

Lucia Hoffart, International Research Director
A native German with degrees from both German and British universities, Lucia’s academic background in social science and cultural studies adds a further dimension to the research team. Her interest and understanding of the cultural implications of international research are complimented with strong project management skills. Since taking over her current role, Lucia has supervised a number of complex projects with leading clients. Whilst at Intersperience she has also further deepened her experience of applying traditional quantitative methods and online qualitative research techniques.

Louisa Thistlethwaite, Senior Research Associate
Louisa graduated from Aston University. Her academic background of psychology adds a further dimension to the research team. Her interest and understanding of consumer behaviour is complemented by strong capabilities in statistical data analysis and manipulation. Since joining Intersperience Louisa has been involved in a range of projects which have further enhanced her quantitative research skills and also allowed her to develop skills in qualitative research.

Annette Smith, Senior Research Associate
Annette’s primary interest is in understanding organizational performance and how it is perceived by customers. Prior to joining Intersperience, she conducted research into students' perceptions of higher education league tables and Lancaster University's brand, and then on the strategizing and performance management practices of college Senior Leaders and Chief Executives. Annette has extensive research experience, with skills in desk research, interviewing and conducting focus groups. Whilst at Intersperience she has further deepened her experience of applying quantitative research methods.

Larry Bate, Project Co-ordinator
Larry has worked for over 14 years either in or closely associated to various Contact Centres. He is our lead mystery-shopping analyst and he has worked behind the scenes on developing our regular sector benchmarking reviews and is instrumental in continually updating our SSB methodology reflecting our customer service standards. Also, he has worked extensively on the benchmarking parts of various of our clients' projects seeing to it that the client requirements are met by means of the mystery shopping calls, analysis and reporting.

Kiira Haanperä, International Research Manager
Kiira holds an MA degree in social sciences from Lancaster University and is an experienced international project manager. Since joining the company, she has applied her academic background in anthropology and social sciences to manage a team of multi-cultural researchers. Kiira leads our International unit at Lancaster University, where her professional responsibilities include overseeing a number of complex projects covering in total 110 countries, recruitment of international researchers, analysis and reporting of the results, and managing the Unit.

   

Nina Rawlinson, Research Supervisor
Nina is an experienced project manager of our domestic research projects. A flexible member of the team she works closely with many of our projects and has been involved with both mystery shopping analysis and focus group recruitment. Nina has applied her background in Business and Management to oversee many different research projects, recruitment and training of domestic researchers and reporting of project results.

Maria Twigge, Research Associate
Maria’s main interest is in improving human interactions, leading our projects in the public sector to understand the customer experience of health care systems via a rich in-depth analysis. Combining the use of qualitative and quantitative techniques to gather sensitive contextual details and guide action workshops which implement change quickly and efficiently. With an applied degree in Psychology from Lancaster University and experience of working in the health care sector Maria has a strong understanding of how research translates into practical solutions.

Greg Marshall, Research Associate
Greg graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in Spanish Studies and Marketing. His strengths lie within the conducting and analysis of qualitative data, playing a key role in several projects in this area since joining Intersperience and adding to his experience in this field. Greg’s academic background has provided him with a thorough understanding of the strategic implications that research carries, as well as the cultural variations that consumer research seeks to understand, given his studies abroad.

Dorota Rewinska, Research Associate
Dorota is native Polish with a Doctorate in Natural Science, which she received from Newcastle University. Her strengths lie in research methods, project management and data analysis, particularly combining data processing with interpretation of the results. Dorota’s skills are complimented with her interest in consumer behaviour. Her Polish nationality adds valuable insight into cross cultural aspects of market research.

Outi Dorsén, Marketing and Research Associate
Outi holds a M.Sc.(Econ.) degree, specialising in International Management, Marketing, Strategic Management Accounting and Communication. Her wide international work experience and diverse understanding of business operations combined with her strong communicational and analytical skills enable her to understand the clients’ needs further and to improve overall profitability and processes. Being born in Finland and having lived in five different countries, she brings valuable additional insight to our international research projects. Outi’s working languages include English, German, Swedish and Finnish.

Catherine Wright, Research Associate
Catherine attained her degree in Spanish and Marketing from Lancaster University. Along with key competencies in the varied and innovative techniques available to market researchers, Catherine has utilised her cultural experiences from teaching projects in both France and Spain to strengthen and broaden her understanding of international research. Her involvement in a wide range of projects has continued to develop these skills, leading to a specialisation in consumer behaviour.
