Paul Hudson, Consultancy Director
For over ten years, Paul has worked with many 'blue-chip' brands at the highest level across the world. As such his work requires a keen understanding of research techniques, a knowledge of consumer behaviour and an ability to relate the research into pragmatic commercial context. As a result of this work, Paul is now regarded as one of the leading thinkers and consultants into customer experience. Paul works across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Through his work, he has developed a reputation for efficient, high quality work produced to strict deadlines.

Pam Taylor, Operations Director
Pam is responsible for all research operations at Intersperience. Working closely with Pam is a research team incorporating project managers, qualitative experts, statisticians and quantitative researchers. Pam also oversees the management of our CATI data collection centre. Pam has extensive management experience and combines strong organisational skills with effective people management to ensure projects are delivered in a timely, efficient manner.

Mark Cornett, Director - USA
Mark Cornett heads our North American operations. He is a highly experienced marketer with nearly a decade of experience with Hewlett-Packard and 13 years directing marketing courses at Clarkson University, USA. Throughout this time, Mark has developed a keen understanding of designing and leading consumer research programmes to give practical business impact. With Intersperience, he has led qualitative research that has provided insight across US and European markets. Mark also brings over 7 years practical understanding of customer service environments and has also led new ventures in retail, product and consultancy sectors.

Simon Dey, Senior Consultant
An accomplished communications expert with a thorough grounding in social science, Simon's career has covered every aspect of creating brands through all forms of media experience. He has worked with a wide range of blue chip clients helping develop insight and improvement in service experience. His practical experience of marketing and PR ensures that recommendations are always insightful as well as highly actionable. A former BBC and ITV Journalist his work combines the depth of thought, rigour and creativity expected by our clients.

Louisa Hind, Senior Research Associate
Louisa graduated from Aston University. Her academic background of psychology adds a further dimension to the research team. Her interest and understanding of consumer behaviour is complemented by strong capabilities in statistical data analysis and manipulation. Since joining Intersperience Louisa has been involved in a range of projects which have further enhanced her quantitative research skills and also allowed her to develop skills in qualitative research.

Bilge Daldeniz, Senior Research Associate - International
Bilge Daldeniz is an experienced international project manager. Since she took over her current role, she has led a number of complex projects for both General Motors and British Council, covering a total of 110 countries.

Bilge is an experienced researcher, fully versed on all techniques as well as our own Soft Skills Benchmarking methodology. A native German, who has studied in Latin America, Bilge is fluent in 5 languages and currently oversees a team of native language researchers covering all of Europe, Asia, Africa and The Americas.

Annette Smith, Senior Research Associate
Annette’s primary interest is in understanding organizational performance and how it is perceived by customers. Prior to joining Intersperience, she conducted research into student's perceptions of higher education league tables and Lancaster University's brand, and then on the strategizing and performance management practices of college Senior Leaders and Chief Executives. Annette has extensive research experience, with skills in desk research, interviewing and conducting focus groups. Whilst at Intersperience she has further deepened her experience of applying quantitative research methods.

Larry Bate, Project Co-ordinator
Larry has worked for over 12 years either in or closely associated to various Contact Centres. He is our lead mystery-shopping analyst and he has worked behind the scenes on developing our regular sector benchmarking reviews and is instrumental in continually updating our SSB methodology reflecting our customer service standards. Also, he has worked extensively on the benchmarking parts of various of our clients projects seeing to it that the client requirements are met by means of the mystery shopping calls, analysis and reporting.
